All services are private pay. The Essential Teletherapist utilizes the HIPAA and PCI protected company, Ivy Pay, to accept payment for services. Payment is collected at the time of service through the Ivy Pay app.

Upon request, a superbill can be provided which you can then submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Check with your insurance company prior to the start of services to determine your specific out-of-network requirements and benefits.
